We made a mistake when ordering our truck and Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helpful here. He was professional and even did his best to help us with the additional cost we incurred due to our mistake. If you are moving definitely choose this place to rent from. 10/10 would recommend.

Booked a full-size pick up a month ago and was promised that vehicle. I called a day early just because I didn’t believe that they would have one. Turns out they didn’t. What they had was a jeep and a small pick up “possibly”. For the price of a full-size pick up. So essentially I had a smaller pick up for the same price and they would not budge when I asked if there would be a price difference in the smaller vehicle. That seemed to be a loaded question for the person working. I canceled the reservation. Erie Pennsylvania budget car rental at the airport is a dump. Empty promises and inbreeding can be shown across the region.
