Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise has always been a good place for me to get a rental from. Their selection is good and any time I have had an issue, it has been quickly resolved. The Erie-Peach Street location has great people working there and are always helpful and knowledgeable about the cars they rent you.

Great people & great service. The only issue I had was my satellite radio stopped working part way through my rental period & no one was able to get it to work again. However, they did give me a full refund for the radio. I think it may have been an issue with the vehicle which was a 2020 Dodge 1500 pick up truck.

I ordered a Full Size SUV through their website and when I showed up to pick up the vehicle they said that they tried to call me the day before and they left a message letting me know. I did not have a missed call or even a voice mail. The only thing that they had was a mini van. We were traveling with a lot of people and a lot of luggage. Mini would not have been enough room. I called other rental cars company's and they did not have anything that would have worked. We walked around the lot and saw a full size truck. I ended up with a that. We had to go to a hardware store and pick up tots to put all of out things in in the back of the truck. We spent over $100 on tots. We got a better deal on the truck but spent money on tots and straps. If the website says that you should have a full size SUV then you should have one. While waiting at the store we looked on their website and it says that you could pick on up that day. Always call the day before to confirm. ThanksnErie- STL

Perfect in every way, car was ready, it was clean, they explained everything as they should have and return was easy as well

The Enterprise associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only problem we had was with the car. It was filthy. I had to clean it from front to back for about 2 hours before I felt comfortable taking on our trip. I have been a long standing member of Enterprise and this is the worst condition of a vehicle I have ever rented.
