Ever since I've been dealing with the Avis in Bala cynwyd Pennsylvania since day one they have treated me very nice all the employees have been very very awesome nice I have seen them take care of the customers and they were right on point with everything excellent Avis branch

Luke, the owner of the location, is a great guy. However, Avis Car Sales is NOT. very bad experience with them.

My first time renting through Avis and this location is fast and very professional. I love this Avis.

The young lady at the desk was horribly rude and unfriendly. Overzealous and completely uninformed with policies. I understand times are hard but her attitude is going to be what causes her to be unemployed and suffer. Corporate was called because she was clearly misinformed about how to handle business/corporate accounts. I hope it was handed appropriately by Avis.

Everyone at this location was very friendly, informative, and helpful. The process was fast and I didn't feel like I wasted a bunch of time waiting for the pickup. However, I did call the location the night before to see what the potential wait time was and the gentleman I spoke with encouraged me to come early to avoid waiting in line, which was very helpful and I really appreciated it! The main downside is the location. It's right on City Ave and Belmont Ave, at a very chaotic intersection and accessing the parking lot is a pain and somewhat dangerous. I know this isn't the store's fault, but it would likely impact me referring someone to this location.
