Alamo Rent A Car

Can’t recommend a place when their hours are incorrect when calling the office. My fault for not checking Google, but you’d think the robo message on the office’s phone wouldn’t say the office is open until 4pm when they actually close at 2pm. In times when people need to limit their time outside the safety of their homes, effective communication and accurate, consistent information is key. Disappointed.

I’m sorry to say this in moments of irritation, but please at least hire competent workers who at least know how to do their freaking jobs. Literally the person working keep switching to Alamo and enterprise and couldn’t type correctly until someone had to help him. Seriously. People were already getting their cars.

Difficult to find drop off location. Provided instructions by Alamo were not very helpful and signs near the area were mostly non-existent. After parking the car, we had a wait a while before a person came by to perform the drop off process. If a person had been here before, they would have no trouble knowing where to go. Once the entrance was found, it was easy to drop off location.

Easy to navigate. Even got an upgrade. Easy to return before office opens.

Please dont sighn up for Avis insiders. They charge you more money than if you did not sigh up. I did a price comparison several times to see any savings and there wasn't. Unfortunately rental car companies want to overcharge businesses people and regular users of there services. They pretend like there going to give business people and regular travelers discount by luring you in to there marketing scheme of lower prices for constant users. They do this just to find out who you are because your actually a gold mine for them and they want the most money from you. If you know just the basics of business companies always raise prices when there is a demand. Make the most money from those who need the service.. I also found this to be true with other rental car companies Avis Budget etc.
