Budget Car Rental

Absolutely a wonderful experience. They truly cared about my plans that day going forward. Nick and his supporting crew of 2 very nice black young ladies were very knowledgeable and kind. THANKS HERZT

I was quoted one price for extending, but when I returned, it was totally different. I was never told it was going to be $100.00 extra a day because of the upcoming holiday. Other than that, I was very pleased with the service Budget provided for me.

It was really good. The only tricky part was returning the car. And the underground garage. But the service was good and they practice social distancing and they have screens up when you sign the car out.

They didn't change the oil. Change oil light came on during my trip. No one was available to change the oil on my entire trip at none of their facilities. I had to drive all the way back home not knowing if the rental would make it back safely or not thus potentially putting my family in jeapordy.

Car was fuel efficient,handled beautifully,and clean inside. A 10 rating would have applied had we not hit a snag after reserving a vehicle online. Upon pickup, we were stunned to learn our debit card was not sufficient for the final transaction. Pressed to cancel due to pending hotel reservations,we were somehow,frustratingly approved. Please fix the web page offer to those who do not hold credit cards,but only debit cards. It will save frustration at pickup.
