Easy to work with and met my needs even when I made it difficult.
We rent from the Yakima Enterprise location on a pretty regular basis, generally for pleasure or sometimes when we need that truck bed for hauling extra loads.nnThe staff is always courteous, quick, and I'm always in & out w. zero problems or hassels. Love the after hours return, park, and drop the keys, boom.nnThey always have the vehicles we're looking for, and it's also a inexpensive, fun way to try out new cars and their features.nnWill definitely continue to rent from Enterprise.
If you are looking for a professional with highest level of customer support, professionalism and patience I highly recommend Eddie Bossert. Renting a vehicle sometimes can be stressful since everyone is always in a hurry; Eddie made the process move seamless, never pushy and explained everything clear from beginning to end. In my last rental I decided not to add the insurance coverage they offer; hence I highly recommend if you are planing on renting a vehicle for longer time. Check your deductible may be much cheaper going with rental policy and strongly recommend. Ask for Eddie he will be glad to assist!
We had a great experience all around. Even without a discount was way cheaper than other rental places with company discount. Quick in and out service. Cars really clean
