Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The process was simple and the car was nice but taking someone’s bag of trash full of ants (hiding under the passenger seat )on the trip wasn’t on the agenda. I happened to notice it after hours while on vacation and called customer service but no one seemed to care.

I would not recommend going through enterprise. I did not get the rental insurance through them because my rental was covered by the insurance company of the vehicle that damaged my personal vehicle. I returned the vehicle in the same state as it was given to me (covered in scratches and dents). Enterprise claims one of these scratches was new. My insurance company denied the claim due to lack of proof this occurred in my care and enterprise charges my credit card 500.00 without my approval to “pay their body shop”. I’m sure I will spend the next 8 weeks disputing a claim on damage I did not cause and was inproperly documented. Many of my neighbors and friends have identical stories. I’m very disappointed that, after a stressful accident, I have to deal with another stressful process for no reason.
