Eric is the man. I will return time and time again just bc of how well he treated me and how likable he is, Enterprise needs to promote him, and give him a raise. Not even kidding. Car was great, brand new.

I called about 5 different enterprise locations on a Saturday and Eric helped out with my problem where everyone else passed the buck or gave misinformation about my problem. He was apologetic and empathetic which goes a long way in the customer service field and it was much appreciated!
