Enterprise Rent-A-Car

At one of the most difficult times in my life, Enterprise came through, and made my situation easier to handle. On September 27, 2020, someone was driving a stolen car in Southwest Philly, and crashed into my vehicle, along with several other cars. My vehicle was parked at the time. Philly Police did get the person. My brand new 2019 Lincoln MKC was totaled. My only consellation, is the fact that GOD kept me and my family out of that car; so I am thankful and grateful. Enterprise called me right away, to arrange for a rental. I had the rental for close to three weeks.

Enterprise on Garrett Road is the best. Fast service, Nice Cars, Great Customer Service. I recommend everyone to use them.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars to this location. I surely would. They are not professional. We had to wait about 30 mins before even being able to inspect the car. The car then had visible damage to it that you could easily get pulled over for. The employee then said “we normally wouldn’t rent this car”. Well then why would you try to give us the car now. That makes no sense. Horrible customer service. It was my first and last time coming to this location. If there is another location closer to you then I would advise you to go there.

My experience renting with enterprise has been truly amazing there customer service is great. No hassle. This will be my new go to when I need to rent.thanks enterprise.

The people who work here are helpful and cheerful. However, The car I recieved had leaky tires and part of the front guard detached. I had to fill the tires twice over two days because they would creak while turning. The rest of the car was fine though. No bad smells and good gas mileage.
