I had a great experience renting a vehicle from this location in Springfield. The workers were very nice and attentive to my needs. I had a mishap that called for detailing of the vehicle and they took care of it with no extra charge to me. I will definitely go back to this location again

Always a positive experience at the Springfield location. I've been using them for probably 20+ years. For this rental everything was handled outside quickly and efficiently! The car i was given ran very well. I had to make a run to Indianapolis on Friday morning and returned Saturday night. The staff was very nice. If you need a rental, this is the place to get it

Let's just start by what a nice welcoming greeting upon arrival. The staff at this location is the best. They are very informative, attentive, and definitely the best when it comes to customer service skills. The process was quick in and out, all while social distancing and the staff were all masked. This location by far has to be my best location and I will always come here from now on. Comfortable, Cool and a Classy bunch of people. Thank you.

The customer service was wonderful. However, the selection of rentals was not. This particular location had a small lot, so even if it was full, there wouldn't be a huge inventory. The vehicle I left in smelled awful (cigarettes covered with smell goods) and drove worse. This was an unplanned rental, so they had to find something. I cannot fault the staff for inventory issues. They were cheerfully dealing with the hand they were dealt with and were very professional.

Impressive customer service. Attendant was polite, and understood my expectations. The car was in a clean condition and operational throughout my rental duration.
