Avis Car Rental

Ahmad was very rude. His demeanor and tone was very belittling when he initially called me when my reservation showed up with a discount. I am a business owner and I applied to have a discount rental code. He turned me away because my ID had my maiden name on it and he stated the system flagged my credit card. That can’t be because I rented more than once with the same credentials. I will never rent from this location again. Discrimination to the fullest.

To whom it may concern, I would never take time out my day to rent a car from this place these people have very nasty attitudes and while the person working in the front said his name Emad was the owner he didn’t have on Avis attire or budget in my opinion I think they are running a fake rental car place and being very prejudice !
