Hertz

Rent vehicle, come in and they add on extra charges. Laurie was un helpful and was the only one there. She wasnt friendly and wasnt helpful. Make up rules that add on charges. Absolutely ridiculous

FRAUD. Hertz rented me a vehicle for one day. I returned the vehicle to the agreed upon location, and 50 days later they charged my card $4,500. Turns out the drop off location was closed permanently. Not sure how I should know if Hertz didn't know. Spoke to 7 different Hertz reps and filed 2 disputes. No money back.. There was no communication regarding the vehicle for those 50 days or prior to charging my card. They've lost a frequent customer in me. They can blame COVID for the office closure but not for the misinfoation provided by their employees.

Terrible experience. I returned a car today and when I was getting a car they told me that they are going to put a hold on my card for cost of the rental plus 200 bucks for a deposit, standard procedure. I returned a car on time and I see that they put one more hold on my card for $129. I just called customer service to see whats going on and they told me that they always do it like this, they always put one more hold on your card without telling you and without you agreeing with it. I asked to talk to supervisor but she said that supervisor is not around. Than I wanted to talk to manager, girl on the phone said that no manager or supervisor is on duty. I will never get a car from Hertz again

I was truly misled with a reservation I put in. Teller took all my information and approved me with reservations once I got there to pick up vehicle Teller told me I wasn't approved.

Return was closed this morning. Still waiting on receipt. Should be a person there for first flights of the day
