Alamo Rent A Car

I have been renting a car from the Harrisburg Airport MDT Alamo Rental Agency for the past month.nnEach time I come in, they are expecting me, have the car ready, and I am paying 30% less than the other rental agencies.nnGot ta love that kind of experience!

Rental process at Alamo counter in Harrisburg was efficient an quick. Counter agent was friendly and courteous. Vehicle was readily available and conveniently located. Only issue was the interior of the windshield was not clean and was streaked.

I rented a car. I was given a Sonata. Very nice comfortable drive. Courteous at check in . Bringing car back no one at return at 8:00 am Aug. 8. A garage person told me to leave keys at booth and I would get an email for return. Didn't feel comfortable about that and still didn't receive an email receipt

I want to start off by saying Alamo is a trustworthy company with strong morals and integrity. i received a call from the corporate office stating that they should have charged me the weekly rate instead of the daily rate. I was amazed, in times like this I was thought of and treated with respect . I could go on and on, However, i want to thank the gentleman who called me and Alamo for hiring people with who respects their customers. I want to give 1 million stars, but i know I can't do so. Thank you and i will only do business with your company when renting vehicles is necessary.nSincerely,nMrs. Layton

Always happy with Alamo rentals. Had reserved a midsize but none was available and was able to upgrade for the same price and ended up with a Chevy Impala which my ride from PA to RI real nice!
