I can’t say enough about my buying experience at this dealership. One of the easiest and most efficient processes I have ever had. They do all the leg work and take the stress of a buying a new car and make it fun. There was a great team dynamic that allowed me to be in, out, and on my way with my new Subaru! The Mechanicsburg Enterprise Rent-A-Car keeps thing simple! Easy pickup and drop off. Using a rental for vacation gives us the room we need to pack, and also the peace of mind of access to instant roadside assistance in the rare event of a mechanical problem or flat tire. Wonderful customer service at the Mechanicsburg location!

I have used Enterprise almost exclusively over the past 15 years. I have always had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car. The cars have always been in great to new condition - best rental was getting a truck with only 500 miles on the odometer. Also, on a couple of occasions when the car I had reserved was not available, I was provided a no cost upgrade to something better. Again - I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car rental.

Vehicle ran well and service was good, but vehicle smelled of cigarette smoke when the AC was running. I don't smoke and had to sign that I wouldn't smoke and I didn't nor did any of my passengers. Next time I rent I'll wait to start the car and check the ventilation system before I accept the vehicle.
