Vince and his staff run a top-notch operation. They are professional in the truest sense-always courteous and helpful especially on those last-minute changes. I would highly recommend this business because there is no equal.nnI love renting from Enterprise because they are so flexible and accommodating .And they are so down-to-earth .

I have rented multiple times from enteprise. Always have had a pretty good experience. This last time we were informed that we would have to pay an additional 10 per day for my boyfriend to be an added driver. We have lived in the same household for 15 years and share the same insurance. Because we dont have a piece of paper saying we are married, it cost extra. Pretty much has ended our renting from here again.

It was my first rental car and first experience with Enterprise and their Carlisle office. I was very well taken care of and impressed by the service and how thoroughly the agent explained things to me and even got lucky enough to get a new car also to drive. Ford Expedition was nice, clean on the inside, back window could have been cleaned, could barely see through it. Very easy pickup and drop off. Very efficient process. Happly rent from them again.

great cars as all ways but the staff at carlisle when i returned the car they told me that they can not take me home. thats a great time to tell me that i had no way home they told me to call a cab. that did not go over with me very good i was very mad they finally took me home i will be calling corporate.
