The staff at this location are amazing. They came to the door the minute I arrived. Went over the rental process with me and handed me my car. Gave me a brand new 2021 and I was in and out of there at less than 10 minutes. Upon returning my car the same exact thing happened. Done in 5 minutes. I enjoyed renting from Enterprise!!

I rented from Enterprise for the 1st time yesterday. Let me start by saying the Gentleman who assisted me was very professional and pleasant. Customer Service is great. I will mention that I hesitated to write this review but because COVID-19 is out here and real, I decided to review my 1st experience with Enterprise on Paxton St. Harrisburg. The vehicles are dirty and Not sanitized. I had to come to my house clean the inside of the van. There was trash underneath our rental. The vehicle had less than quarter tank and I was asked to fill it with a 1/2 tank. They don’t answer their phones! You are left on hold for over 12+ minutes at a time, then suddenly someone hangs up and you have to call back, hold for more until someone finally decide to pick up. These areas must improve.
