Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very great customer service. Had to add a second week on, they made it very easy. They made sure I had a very new dependable car.

The people at this Enterprise were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They had nice cars to choose from and was overall a good experience. I highly recommend.

Talk about feeling like I was going in for something simple and then experience so many attempts at up-selling using fear tactics that I just said forget the whole thing. It felt a lot like a “buy these services or else if we see even a chip on the car we’ll charge you hundreds of dollars”. Not an experience I’ll be repeating

Really unprofessional, highly rude, suggest driving to other towns to find a different company to deal with. Will never return here, and will never consider renting from Enterprise ever again customer service was that poor. Only giving one star due to the fact that it's the only way to give a review
