Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Wow! It’s been a while since I’ve been able to say this but I have been very pleased with the way we are being taken care of at St Mary’s Auto Body in the last two weeks! Ashley comes down and makes stuff happen so easily! Loving the new team!

I scheduled to pick up the rental at 9am at the Enterprise facility. Received a call from Enterprise and they indicated they were too busy at that time. as a convenience to Enterprise I moved the pick up to 11:30 at my house as opposed to picking it up at the location at 9am. in discussing the pick up arrangements, it was indicated that the driver was from the area and knew the area. However, the driver that picked me up was from a city 1 hour away, didn't know the area, got lost, and didn't pick me up until noon. upon delivery of the vehicle, the inside of the front windshield was so dirty that i could write my name in it. When the sun shined thru it you could hardly see out of it. I had to clean it. Additionally, when the middle seat was lifted to gain access to the third seat, there was dirt, debris and leaves on the floor of the 3rd row seat and under the second row access seat. Makes one question the COVID cleaning with the condition of the windshield and the carpeting. After seeing this, I sanitized the entire inside of the vehicle. All this put me 4 hours late from my desired arrival.

The new staff at the branch in Dubois is great! Was so pleasant dealing with the Jaime on the phone it seems I always talk to someone pleasant nowadays since Shaneece has moved on. Unsure why a customer service oriented company had her handling service issues.

I will definitely be looking to give this location a try again now that the manager Dominic has finally been let go as well as my colleagues have said there has been little to no issues since Chanice is also no longer handling customer issues. Seems enterprise is finally doing what needed to be done long ago to turn around this location!
