Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have never had a problem the countless times I have rented a car. Customer service is awesome through this company. I rent multiple times throughout each year and have for the past six years.

The entire process was smooth, I ended up with great people who worked well to help me have the best experience. I had an amazing and fun rental while my car was in the shop and I had easy contact with an enterprise employee through my e mail any time I had questions she was there to help me out. I highly recommend.

I had a couple hundred rental days last year at different locations around the US. I have rented from this location numerous times over the past 10 years and never had a problem. they've always been very accommodating I always called a check and see which vehicles will be available just in case most recently rented in May 2020 with no problems. did a curbside pick up with the representative and a drop off.

The experience I had with enterprise in Clearfield was a good one, they got me into a vehicle and returned my deposit in a timely manner. However, I was a little upset that the deposit is 200.00 because sometimes it's hard to pay for the rental and come up with an extra 200.00. I also had to pay for an extra day because they are closed on Sunday's.nIn addition, a few weeks ago I tried to rent a vehicle with a friend and the DuBois location was not as nice. We were due to rent the vehicle on a Saturday, told they didn't have one to come back at noon and they would have one ready for us. We came back to find the location closed at noon and we were left without a rental car that ruined our plans for the whole weekend. When we called corporate, they pretty much said there was nothing they could do.

Rented a 20 caravan. Nice!!
