Avis Car Rental

I am pleased with the service person who managed the booking. It was smooth. I also got a car upgrade, which was bonus. And while returning the car, the process was smooth. Overall, happy with the experience with Avis. Cheers

I was having a life crisis as I was traveling on a last leg from NJ to my daughter's hospital in a town in PA, where she was to have her first Chermo treatment for cancer. Your Agents were very helpful and sympathic - both with road directions upon getting the car (which ran beautifully), & the dear man who checked me out when returning the rental car. He wa so nice that I actually gave him a hug!!! I am 83 years old. Thank you Avis!

I rented a Ford Mustang and the service from time of reservation to drop off was amazing. Staff was super friendly and the whole experience was very pleasurable. I recommend this car rental company and will definitely use them again.

The whole rental was a nightmare. When I picked the Van up they don't take you to look at it, they ask you to sign off on it sight unseen. I was give the keys and told to go find the van in a certain part of the parking lot. The Van was dirty on the outside and the inside. I went back the office and no one was there. I called & left message w/ no return call. So I had to go to the car wash & wash the car & vacuum. There was cases of water & food left in the back of the van. Then there was problems with the billing. It was a bad experience over all.

Who are the folks giving these 2 young, highly unskilled, rude and obnoxious folks a 5-star rating. How is their average rating even a 4-star? This is by far the worst car rental experience ever and I’ve had to deal with different rental companies in different parts of the word. Paul Borisov should be sacked. I don’t know how this location can be staffed by such an inept young man to begin with. This is absolutely horrible. Avis as a company as suffered for many years and this is just Avis at its worst. Find other rental companies in the area.
