I had a great experience, showed up right before closing and was upgraded for free. Car ride was beautiful not problems what so ever. Return the vehicle put key in drop box. I was able to pick up my cute puppy and bring him home safely. Thanks again Enterprise.

The staff at the Wayne PA branch of Enterprise are both delightful to work with and extremely helpful in the way the manage their customer interactions. Simple things, like letting you know that the vehicle is ready if you want to collect it early, and offering very wise advice about which vehicle would work best for specific needs. I have rented from this particular Enterprise many times, even when it is not the nearest location for me. Truly excellent in every way.

The woman who checked me in for my rental was super nice, explained everything and wished us a great trip. So happy with the service and our vehicle for the trip. Was easy to drop off after hours and received our receipt via e-mail the next morning! Definitely recommend

After my personal car being ‘totaled’ in an accident-nEnterprise was right there with the perfect vehicle for me and my needs. All of the employees were kind, professional, and efficient.; and the car was immaculate!..They delivered the car to my home, and at the end of the rental- they picked it back up. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service and would highly recommended them!...n( this time I used the Wayne PA office)- but I have used other locations in the past. The car reeked of cigarette smoke. I mentioned this to the salesperson, who did offer another vehicle, but also stated that he couldn’t smell anything at all. The whole week every time I entered the vehicle (and my children), I got hit with that smell. Overall though, a seamless and easy experience. I will return.
