Always great customer service even with social distancing. On time delivery of the car I rented. It was clean and fully gassed. Would use this location again. Quick, convenient, and had what I needed at a great price. Been an Enterprise customer for years and they never disappoint with their customer service.
Guy I dealt with was awesome and really worked with me!
My reservation was booked for 6pm. I didn't realize this was also their closing time. Despite it being 6 on a Friday, Javaughn took the time to throughly inspect my car and took a few minutes to have me sit down while he taught me how to use all of the important features. I really appreciated the professionalism and value he places on his customers.
John at the jeffersonville location is the best. He MADE my experience, helpful, funny, easy going just the best. I will be back!!!!
I had to have my truck in the body shop for repairs. Insurance got me a rental through enterprise. After my truck was finished I left the car at the body shop, where i was supposed to. There was miscommunication between the body shop and enterprise and the car was not picked up by enterprise, and they charged me for the car sitting at the body shop, even though I explained I had dropped off the car and told them to call the body shop. My family often rents cars for for trips but we won't be renting from enterprise anymore. Terrible customer service.
