Hertz Car Rental

I have rented through Hertz Car Rental in Pullman on numerous occasions and have had nothing but excellent service! Lucy always goes the extra mile to ensure my car renting experience is perfect. If you are looking for a CLEAN rental and excellent customer service, I highly recommend booking through Hertz Pullman!

This is the worst rental place I’ve ever felt with. The lady that works there barely speaks English and thinks it’s a good idea to bring her child that doesn’t listen at all to work. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. My wife booked a pickup time online and now has to wait around for almost an hour for the lady to show up. Do yourself a favor and rent from another company!!

Made an advanced reservation. Corporate flight crew. No notes that the counter closes for lunch from Noon-2pm. There is a sign that says call for assistance, but the phone number isn’t even complete, as seen in the picture I’ve added. Had to get the number from the Avis counter. Then got a hold of an employees personal number, and was told she was on lunch and wouldn’t be back until 2pm. The manager of this location should be embarrassed and ashamed of the complete lack of customer service, especially on a homecoming Game day for WSU.

If there was a minus*I would give that! We have never had good service from Hertz as we have to get the car at a specific time because they don’t work from 9 to 7 as per the Website. False advertising right there! Only when someone is kinda/sorta/maybe available it will only be at the specific time when flights come in or out and even then no one is ever available to assist us. Hertz in Pullman should be closed down. Zero assistance!!! I could go buy a car in less time than waiting to rent a car.

Everytime I fly into the Pullman WA airport and rented from Hertz, I’ve received such helpful service from the 2 women who work there. There are other car rentals here but the 2 Hertz employees go above & beyond. Nicole and Lucy always go out of their way to make sure I’m not stranded at this airport which is in the middle of nowhere. 20 Thumbs up to these two ladies!!
