Called to ask if there would be an extra charge at time of rental after the $400 I already paid, the website says there won’t be, but after calling and talking to Jared( who was short and rude on the phone) he tells me there is an EXTRA $200 deposit I’ll need to leave. But after talking to the call center they tell me it should have only been a $100 deposit. Do yourself a favor and call enterprise. My reservation has been cancelled. These airport rental employees hertz/budget have a real big chip on their shoulder.
I like to have everything done ahead of time so that I have and idea of what cost will be. I also like to get in and out in a timely manner. I understand that and estimate can very slightly up or down. So when I have an estimate for $89 and change for a car rental. I certainly do not expect that the total cost to come out to be $169 and change. When I ask about the huge difference the lady said it was because we added a $6 a day service. We were going to keep the care 3 days. (3X6=18) 89+18=169??? Not where I come from it doesn't . I have a hard time thinking that an estimate was off by $62. WOW!! If this is that way that you really operate you can kiss my business goodbye.
EXCELLENT ATTITUDE AND SERVICE BY YOUNG COUNTER MAN. WAS ABLE TO UPGRADE IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE I NEEDED A LARGER CAR TO ACCOMMODATE MY SON'S FAMILY. MADE OUR MOTHER;S DAY TRIP VERY SUCCESSFUL. ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THAT COUNTER DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL 10AM.
The guy William who helped me Rent-A-Car was very kind and helpful he had a wonderful personality
