One of the worst experiences with rental vehicles. I picked up from North Las Vegas which I will also give a 1 star and delivered it here. I was told in North Las Vegas that I could put the rental truck on my credit card and then change payment once I was dropping off so that Bridget didn't hold my liquid funds from my debit card. This was not the case. At first this gentleman at the Frazier store did not want to help and told me to call Las Vegas. I called Las Vegas and they told me to call corporate. I called customer service number and they told me I could only email. The gentleman I believe his name was Juan was helpful, he got his boss's boss involved and was able to reverse the charge. I was short a tenth of a tank and he made me go top it off. Horrible customer service and I will never use budget again.

Great and easy experience here. Unfortunately was in an accident in PA away from home and had to scramble to get a vehicle that I could drop off in Maryland with no issues. Budget was there to the rescue. Did an online appointment and had no wait at the facility. The car was super clean and the agent who helped was friendly and very accommodating. Great experience all around and thank you to everyone at Budget for getting me through a crazy 24 hours! Recommended here!

Poor customer service. My experience there was very frustrating because I confirmed a reservation online and went into the site to pick-up the vehicle and was told they didn't have the rental truck and to call corporate. The person I spoke with told me twice that they don't communicate with main corporate office and couldn't honor my confirmation because they only had one rental. Went to the Uhaul up the road and received better service and picked the truck I needed off the lot in less than 15 minutes.

If you don’t mind putting your life in danger your can rent your car here.nI rented a car for errands and to drive to airport 40 miles away. 5 miles out the tire pressure light went on. I called budget they told me to take care of it myself or drive 40 miles with tire issues and spent 2 hours to replace the car.nTurned out one of the tires was cut and air valve was broken. I ended up returning the car and not driving it to the airport and was charged the original amount as if I dropped it in the airport moreover I used it to drive overall 20 miles most of which I was looking to resolve the faulty tire issues.
