Terrible experience working with them. They don’t pick up their phone and hours are inconvenient. Save yourself the hassle and go rent from Avis in West Chester.

Very Poor service, don't answer the calls and closes pretty soon.

Rented SUV online and picked up at the Frazer location. Very simple process and their prices were much better than other rental companies. actually received an upgrade from the vehicle I rented for the same price. The staff was very friendly and helpful both on pickup and drop off. Will use the Avis Frazier location for my future rentals.

Phone issues, it appears their phones do not work.
