Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Well let’s see, where to start....oh, when I set up an appointment online it offered me an upgrade so I clicked yes. I called about 4/5 days ahead to make sure I would be picked up or car dropped off, and made sure they saw that there was an upgrade on my account, was all confirmed. So the day comes for me to get picked up. Now I had told them exact info how to get to my apartment, and was told between 7:30-9:30 am. I wasn’t picked up till almost 9:50. Then get to the office and they don’t have an upgrade for me, was assured I wouldn’t be charged, hahaha lol I know!!! Was offered a minivan and a small pick up truck, well I was looking for standard car, but only car available was a compact!!! Wow, after I called and made sure they had all info before the day to pick up!!!!! Was the most uncomfortable car ever!!! I drive a Mini Cooper countryman and it has more space then this car did!!! Then the cherry on the top was Sunday when I brought the car back nobody was in the office. Ok, office is closed Saturday and Sunday, but when I came and got the car Friday I explained my car was in the shop and would need a ride, was told no problem. Showed up Sunday to drop car off and nobody in office. I had to call customer service and explain to them what happened. Had to leave the car at my apartment for them to pick up. Come Monday I had to call again cause car was still at my apartment!!! Like doesn’t anyone check for inventory and call that person?! Guess not!!! So yea not a happy experience at all!!!!

I've used Enterprise many times over the years and even more when they opened up in my hometown of Oxford, Pa. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make the experience of picking up and dropping off quick and pleasant in a vehicle suited to my needs at the time. Thank you, Oxford Enterprise!

Recently had the misfortune to have to use my extended warrantee on my car, which they were not helpful at all about the whole mess. Joe waded through their redtape and bologna to get my rental. I called other locations that were not interested in helping whatsoever. Thanks to his going above and beyond I did not lose more work time and made all my and my daughters appointments. Great place 10/10 recommend!!!

Insurance Company arranged for a rental after a Deer hit my vehicle. Joe from Enterprise called me promptly. Very courteous and professional. Made an appointment to pick up vehicle in my allowance and called me back when one came back early. Office and staff carefully following proper guidelines of Virus Protocol. One customer allowed in office and a time. Masks worn. Everything streamline and easily completed on tablet. Great experience. Joe was a pleasure to work with.
