Too much computerize phone stuff, not enough human interaction. You have to have a credit card, you can't use a debit card unless you live in state.

A very low price for excellent car in size and performance. Sunday hours make very convenient, staff was very knowledgeable and made me aware of some very important money saving tips.

Received a car that smelled heavily with cigarettes. Was given an air freshener. I asked about grace period for returning the car in case of traffic and was told if within an hour and called to tell them no problem. I hit traffic on 95 and called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and was told I only had a half hour. Ashley also dasa she saw my number on caller ID and still never picked up. When i arrived i had to wait but Ashley called someone from the back to help a man immediately when he walked in the door. Terrible customer service when returning the car.
