Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This is my rental agency of choice. Always get good, reliable vehicles. The people are helpful and friendly. Best part is that it never takes very long to get in and out. The prices are competitive as well.

I am going through a stressful time and the car rental place really helped me and made this easy. Excellent customer service. The car was cleaned and prepared. I was so happy with everything thank you so much. Plus everyone had a mask and was respectful of social distancing so I felt incredibly respected by the employees.

Enterprise is my choice for car rental they make renting easy. I will say I was disappointed in this reservations I made about a month out for a Tahoe or comparable vehicle. They called me several days before asking about the size of vehicle. I explained we needed that particular size for a wheelchair. I got a Chevy Equinox which was not adequate and we had to take 2 vehicles. They never offered to reduce the cost per day.

It was easy to make a reservation online. Pickup and return went quicklynand the price was reasonable. We use Enterprise almost exclusively when we rent a car.

My last reservation went fine. The car was what we expected. However, I'm rating 3 stars because the week before we had a reservation and when we got to Enterprise they didn't have a car available neither gave us decent options. They tried to call us only once to let us know they didn't have a car available, but I wasn't available to answer the call and don't have voice box. As they realized I don;t have voice box, they could have reached us out by email as well. So, do not expect a good costumer service.
