National has been saving mileage on our car now that husband is traveling for work. The counter crew are easy to work with, the cars have been fun to drive, and the National App for the phone allows us to extend the rental for another week with just a click. And we appreciate the free rental day perks!!

Be careful! The State College Airport Car rental agencies have made countless overbilling mistakes with corporate accounts I have used in 10+ years. The latest occurred when the assistant manager entered wrong mileage and when I dropped off my one way rental in Dulles they charged almost $3000.00 to the company card for excessive miles. It would have been physically impossible to accumulate the miles in that time frame. Make sure to scrutinize all charges from University Park Airport rental agencies. Another example was an extra day of charges being added and another time my car was scheduled for noon pickup I came in at 3 and it was rented to another customer although the company prepaid the booking. I only go here because there are no other locations in area.

Seamless reservation, pickup, and drop-off. Reasonable rates (we drove through 4 states and put over 1000 miles on a vehicle). Thanks National for making our vacation fun!
