Very efficient pick up and return with covid restrictions. Employees were pleasant. Car was super clean.

Honestly its the best place to rent a car , there is a lovely lady who always takes care of me everytime i rent a car. The cars are always clean.

If I didnt call to confirm my reservation prior to pick up, there wouldnt have been a specified vehicle there for me. The rotors were so bad going down hill, the car was uncontrollable, being out of cell service area, I couldnt even call for roadside assistance (that I paid extra for) to swap me out so I added the other adult driver to my rental. Other driver was charged (out of state) when I was advised there would be no additional fees. Swapped out that vehicle for another one that did same thing. Not to mention it was filthy with spills and the windshields on both cars werent cleaned as they had marks from the 'stick ups'. Moving on to the call I got mid week confirming I was returning it THAT DAY when my reservation # clearly showed it was paid for an entire week. Second vehicle (10 hours from home) was picked up on empty, what a horrible experience. This car rental agcy really has gone down hill. And I cant say it was just the location as both locations I dealt with were same. Over it. Never again. Then I get an email to leave a review? Shouldnt have ignored my inquiries giving you a chance to rectify or at least return my deposit that you kept for fees that werent to be charged to begin with.. but ask me to post a review??? Morons
