Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was my first time renting from this location. I had an intermediate sedan reserved, but being a holiday week, I was offered a free upgrade. I received an intermediate suv. Could not have been more pleased! The vehicle was new, low mileage and clean. Fuel mileage exceeded expectations and the extra room was very nice. Check out and check in was very easy also, even with the COVID restrictions. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from here again.

I had a very pleasant experience with Enterprise. I made my reservation on line, with my local Enterprise. Pick and return were fast and simple. They have a great selection of vehicles. Ours was well cleaned and prepped when I picked it up. I've used Enterprise in the past and will continue to in the future.

Wow the whole car renting experience was wonderful from the great,efficient, wonderful friendly service. To the amazingly well kept car that my family rented. The car was spotless inside and out. I honestly have never given such praise to a business before. The price was very reasonable and the service at enterprise in scalpe Ave in Johnstown PA was wonderful. I certainly can't not speak about other enterprise companies for I have never used one but if you need to rent a vehicle I definitely would recommend this enterprise. Thank you so much for your fast, efficient,friendly service and providing us with a great car. I rented a car twice in a periods of two weeks. The first time went smoothly, other than the fact that I paid an extra fee for gps and didn't have it. The representative gave us a choice of cars and got us on our way quickly. The second trip, we showed up about twenty minutes late due to some road construction. We waited outside about ten minutes and had to ring the bell twice before anyone came out to assist us. There were at least three people working that day. We were then told that the available car was getting an oil change and would be ready in ten minutes. Forty minutes later I had to ring the bell again because we were still waiting. The car had been reserved in advance for eleven a.m. and we finally drove off the lot at 12:30. It took so long we had to redo the original transaction because it timed out. I was picking up my teenage daughter at the airport and should have arrived at least an hour before her plane landed and she ended up having to wait for us. (Also, we HATED the car they gave us.) I will probably go with another company if I have need of a rental in the future.

The dealership where my car was undergoing warranty work uses Enterprise to provide transportation in the meantime. The process was seamless especially with the help of Roshon. He was courteous, knowledgeable about this particular rental agreement, and a big plus...he arrived to pick me up when he said he would.
