Payless Car Rental

I was nervous to use a place besides enterprise. But I had a very good experience with this company. I walked in at the last minute, right before close, but the lady was still so kind and patient with me. She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions with a smile. Mike was so nice when showing the car, and going over all the details with me. We will be using this place from now on.

Great service and friendly personnel.nnCars are clean and well cared for.nnThey do not typically have economy cars, and will upgrade from there. If you’re looking for a small, easy-on-gas, it won’t be optimal; however, the upgrade wasn’t bad on gas (31+ mpg).

Rented here twice instead of enterprise. The staff is much more helpful and prices are great. They had a special on a Hyundai Sante Fe and I love it! Not always a large selection for cars and the deposit is high. But it's just a deposit!

Returned the car. Was told i owed 274.77. Now they get the car back. They said I smoked in it which i did not now they want 624.00 worst place to go. I will see you in court Payless

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT waste your time here. Cars smell and are all beat up, customer service is seriously the worst that I have ever dealt with. The manager is incompetent and disrespectful to customers.
