Probably one of the best rental experiences I had courteous and helpful employee
Wouldn’t allow my wife to rent car over phone! Offered fax, 1000 cash deposit. No go! Stranded and ill, with service dog. My wife is driving 13 hours by herself, because of your lack of help! I offered double the rental rate. I’m praying she makes it safe!
