Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Julia Melnyk the supposed manager of this location. A show of hands who would pay full retail rental price for this car. As a matter of fact, who would want this car at all? I travel all over the world and have never had so many issues with rental cars from this location. 3 out of our last 4 rentals had an issue from this location. The best part the manager told me verbatim “you guys are always trying to get a discount when you rent from us”. She also said this car was detailed and the stains can’t come out. Guess what, I was able to get one of the stains out with water and paper towels. There was also an empty water bottle in the car. This means this location isn’t even cleaning their cars properly. I’m the nicest guy on the planet but when you try to get over on me. This will create a problem. The area manager will be calling me shortly and customer service told me this isn’t acceptable despite what she told me on the phone. I will not stop now until something is done now. Everyone reading this review for your own reference, please pay attention before you drive off the lot with the car. I’m pretty sure these photos will make everyone sick. Julia needs another class on customer service. It’s really sad.nnUpdate: I was told an area manager would call me to address the situation. Guess what, not one person has called me. The response to my review from enterprise was a waste of time. Julia told me on the phone that my case would come back to her and get dismissed. She must of been telling the truth. I recommend everyone that reads this review to avoid this location at all costs or make sure your vehicle is perfect before driving off.

Enterprise of Willow Grove is the best. This is my go to place for car rentals. The customer service is always on point and during the pandemic they are doing the best they can with limited staff. Overall they are getting the job done, and I was a happy customer. I appreciate the hard work of the staff members, and I appreciate the fair prices the company offers.

This office of Enterprise was incredible. They were very responsive . I dealt with 3 different staff and all were awesome. They only had a Jeep Wrangler available, and I had rented a sedan. This was a problem as my elderly Mom could not climb in a Wrangler. They offered to replace the car, bring it to my house etc. They ended up meeting me at a gas station, fully paid the gas I had used and provided me a sedan before I had to transport my Mom. I had to leave town on a Monday before they opened. They allowed me to leave the car at a local hotel, and picked it up for me there. They had a solution for every challenge I had. Cheaper by 25% on Airport rental. More convenient and flexible

I reserved a car here on Aug 21st for a two week trip and ended up getting pulled over by a cop on the way to my destination because the enterprise associate didn't have the courtesy to inspect my car - and as a result, they gave me a car with both back tail lights out. The worst part of this is that I was dealing with the manager and she's the one who gave me the car. From the beginning it seemed like she was in a rush to get me out of there, which was odd because it wasn't even crowded at the time. It took me two days to get a replacement car.nI then called ahead (at the end of my trip) to see if I could do an over night return, specifically asking if l would be charged extra. I was told no, and ended up being charged for it. Terrible communication and a great deal of incompetence here.
