Hertz

I was in a car accident, this is the rental company that the insurance company set me up with. The insurance company told me my rental was cover and all that would be charge is the hold fee until I return the car. My car was in the shop for repairs for almost two weeks. Hertz charged me money on my card and told me that it was taxes and fees. When I went there to get the rental, the person at the front desk did not mention that at all. Not only is it beyond my control on how long it took the shop to fixed my car, with all the headache of a car accident, now also dealing with an unexpected charge from Hertz. Highly do NOT recommend renting with Hertz. Will never personally rent from Hertz or allow anyone I know rent from them in the future.

The people were very helpful and friendly, but the car was dirty and the maintenance- needed light was on.

My mom got a rental car when her car was in the body shop and paid a $50 fee when she picked up the rental. She dropped the car off 4 days later and instead of being charged for 4 days, she was charged double the price due to an error. Admittedly, a Hertz representative did not properly “check-in” the car and billed her incorrectly. This was not a minor mistake and the reps at this location did not tend to this issue with any sense of urgency. One rep even said, “we have a lot of customers right now and you will have to take the issue up with the back”. Whatever that means? DO NOT RENT WITH THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU’RE WILLING TO BE SUBJECT TO RECKLESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE HANDLING.

Reasonable price at a small convenient location

Staff was very helpful They have low rating but I thought what could happen that's why I rented from hertz I just wanted to extend my return date they told me they couldn't extend but I was charged for that and I called them they told me they can't see any charges they were just joking with me I couldn't get that money back
