Staffs were pleasant. The pick up service was great and reliable. Once I returned the car close to the store closing time, the Staff reserved a taxi for me, out of my own pocket, to drop me off where I needed to be in the middle of no where. That was helpful in the dark. A new staff was not familiar with mileage restriction, gave me a wrong info, charged by the mileage by mistake. Check your bill always.
Enterprise Car Rental Ewing, NJ is my go to transportation place. The now District Manager Ron is the Best Ever. He is always friendly and greets you with a smile. I was very lucky that he was working at the Ewing location the day I returned my car. He was the Manager there but got promoted. The sad thing for Enterprise is that I finally purchased a car, so I won’t be needing a rental car anymore.

Great customer service.
The rental was delivered to the auto body repair shop in a timely manner. My chief complaints are 1) the inside of the vehicle was dirty and I cleaned it up to make it presentable and to not have them think I did this to the vehicle, and 2) I received a BMW which I did not like and there was no discussion as to which vehicle I would get.. but it was only for a week so I could suffer through it. I was not as impressed with this Enterprise particular location vs my regular Enterprise location. All of the employees were pleasant to deal with, regardless.
