Enterprise Rent-A-Car

When the agent started the car, we both saw an alert light go off on the dashboard but he didn’t say anything. The next morning I drove 30 miles away and found the alert was because I had a flat tire. They refused to come swap out the vehicle. The local Enterprise said it wasn’t their responsibility either. They said I could have their roadside service come out. I said that’s fine.They said it’s just easier to get it done at Pep Boys. I had to find a Pep Boys and get a new tire installed. Such an inconvenience of my time to find a ride to/from Pep Boys when I’m out of town. Horrible customer service. I will never give them a second chance. I don’t recommend this branch.

Jorge and Jethro were super nice and very helpful. Jorge was able to get the car I really wanted to drive back across the country, which made things so much less stressful since I was driving alone. I will definitely use Quakertown Enterprise again!!!

The best rental around. Closed weekends which is why -1 star..... Great people here.

Great experience! I have watched the enterprise commercials for years about “will pick you up” ... this was the first time I had to use that service. It was awesome, so convenient. Even during these unusual times, my experience with everyone I dealt with was quick & fabulous!

Great job! I had my vehicle damaged while parked and the insurance company rented me a car through Enterprise. They did not have an equal car right away but the next day they delivered an even better vehicle to my house....great service!
