Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was picked up by Enterprise at the place my car was being repaired. They took me to the nearest Enterprise Rental and was shown a few SUVs to choose from. The service was fast, easy and courteous. The day I picked up my own car, I only had to leave the rental there to be picked up by Enterprise. Enterprise made everything easy.

I had a very positive experience. The circumstances were unfortunate but Enterprise was very accommodating. I was in a rental for over two weeks. I received regular calls inquiring about my satisfaction. I am grateful for the great customer service!

If i could, i would have put 0 stars. The poorest customer service i have ever had. I rent cars from Enterprise all over the country, this was the only location that gave so much hard time and caused me to drive out nervously. No doubt why they have less than 4 star rating. Manager Susan clearly even didn't try to feel sorry for the issue caused by them. The story behind it is i booked a car for 5 pm, on October 9th, 2020. I got a call from them a few minutes later after i made the reservation. The Enterprise employee was confirming my reservation. I asked the employee if i could pick up the car earlier. And he said yes you can pick it up at any time before 5pm. Luckily i finished my business early and came to pick up the car, but manager Susan was telling rudely they don't have a car for me at the moment and i have to come back at 5pm. I was very frustrated, because i took a taxi to come to them after they told me on the phone i could pick it up at any time before 5. Avoid, avoid this place if you can. I escalated the issue to the corporate office. By the way, after i escalated the situation to the corporate office, they found a car from somewhere and gave it to me. What a horrible customer service. I will still need to talk to the corporate office and solve this matter as soon as possible.

Great services sensitive to our need of a vehicle after a car accident. Made the process looks easy.

Larry was absolutely awesome and did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my car rental experience. From picking me up @ the body shop, getting my insurance to cover a higher up vehicle for my back problems ,so I could get in & out of the car easily to calling the insurance company back to get them to cover an extra day because my car wasn't ready yet. Returning the vehicle was quick & easy as well. He really went above & beyond !
