Avis Car Rental

The Avis employees I deal with (Andrei and his crew) are fantastic. They always try to rent me a car that is right for me and they have been, so far, very successful.

Front Desk was horrible. They never show me the car the young lady pointed and said over there. Didnt know how to open door since the key pad was covered. I was told I have to get up to date with modern car, so I goggle how to lock the car door.

One-stop service, very convenient, not complicated procedures, people feel relaxed and convenient.

My experience is like everyone else here. I was picking up a car and got there and the place is locked up with no one there. I called the number on the window and it went to voicemail. I called the number on the app and they answered and said they would come back ( like they’re doing me a favor). We had to call 2 more times. He finally showed up then gave me a car with only a little over 1/2 tank of gas. Luckily I noticed damage on the back passenger side of the car before I left and went back in to make him note it. There is NO drop box at this location so had to wait in line again with people dropping off cars. Staff are very rude and could care less about helping you to have a good experience.

Bad customer service at mercer County Airport did not have the vehicle on the web site he was unpleasant when i returned the vehicle a day earlier and he charged me 75$ for turning the car in a day early but 30 mins late..WTH.....
