They certainly made me feel VIP. The customer service rep gave me her card and upgraded me without asking. Tremendous service!

I am glad with rental overall great experience but, I got Altima even though I booked full size car.

The service at the airport was excellent.nnHowever, the car that was allocated broke down and then we could not reach Roadside Assistance.nnAAA responded and reached us to the nearby airport.nnOverall experience poor.

Due to the pandemic I had to wait inside the airport for 30 while the attendant drove to give me the keys. She only had one car to choose from, i was disappointed. A small SUV barely had enough room for my gear and wife, crowded 1000 mile ride. Won't do that again.

Good, could be better. The EWR, NJ international airport location must offer EZ pass to the renters, they're high presence of toll in their ways. To run without one create a scare situation of transit violation. The rest they have good reception at all.
