Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I called in regards to an availability for a large SUV or mini van rental today and asked if there were any at the Newtown location. The employee stated there was and I began to tell him I needed to change out the current vehicle I had. The employee then changed his story and now stated there was nothing available and I began questioning him as to why. He stated it was because of pricing, which I'm sure my insurance company would have paid the difference. This employee was EXTREMELY unprofessional and could not give me a different answer but pricing difference and then hung up on me! Now he will not pick up the phone as I have been on hold for 5 minutes. I will be calling corporate and posting it everywhere to never use this branch location!

Rented a car while mine was being repairednVery professional. Car was newer and OK but I was glad to get mine back.

I have been ill and not able to sleep and called for a car to rent spoke with Tyler, he was very polite and would have helped me then, but because I was so sick. I left my name and went to sleep. I called back after 3pm, at their call center, I spoke with a woman. Now, Know I don't want any problems, I just want to get a car rental, period. But, I just found her attitude a very hard to handle. She was sarcastic and twisted my words. I just want a rental car, with no hassles. I could not bare to stay on the phone with her. So, I had to say good-bye. I called back again and then got a young man who was polite at the front desk. I was hoping things would work out better. The one star is on the women, I believe she is in the call center, please check on your recordings of today.

This is my third rental from this location & the team here is amazing, they should coach other companies on customer service!
