i RENTED A CAR THROUGH THIS LOCATION AND I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN. THE CAR SMELLS LIKE SOME HAS BEEN SMOKING MARIJUANA AS SOON AS YOU TURN THE AIR/HEAT ON. THEY FAILED TO EMAIL ME MY CONTRACT. THEY ALSO DEBIT MY CREDIT CARD TWICE IN ONE DAY AND THE RESPONSE WAS THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE TRANSACTION. I'VE USED HERTZ BEFORE BUT AT ANOTHER LOCATION AND BEFORE I COULD LEAVE THE LOT THE EMAIL WAS SENT WITH CONTRACT INFO. I'VE CALLED AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AND HE IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE WHY MY CARD IS BEING DEBIT. I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME AND EMAIL MY CONTRACT. ALTHOUGH I AM USING MY INSURANCE I WILL BE ADDRESSING THEM AS WELL.nP.S THE CAR WAS NOT CLEANED AND ALL THEY DID WAS WIPE DOWN WITH BABY WIPES AND IT NEEDS MAINTENANCE; TIRES/OIL FILTER

I had a very pleasurable experience this weekend with Hertz in Fairless Hill. I needed a 12 passenger vehicle at the last minute and they were able to accommodate me. The staff (Tim in particular) was very professional and got me in and out so that I could get on the road quickly. The price was very reasonable for that size vehicle and it was clean and ready to go. I will continue to use this location for all my rental needs.

Please read before renting a car with these people ...Not only were both trucks I rented had nonErik conditioners the sliding door was not working properly. I have to take time out of my day to go back and swap out my car. These people gave me to easy pass that were not functioning which was not only wasteful timewise at the toll booth. I suggest you take your business elsewhere because I'll never come here EVER
