Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Easy process to reserve, pick up, and drop off. Needed to extend rental and that was also easy to do.nnOnly negative was the smell of the vehicle and the cleanliness of the windows. Whatever product had been used to clean the interior windows (specifically the front window) left smudge marks that made it very difficult to see in morning and evening sunlight.

I've rented cars here for years. Never been disappointed. Service is always great no matter which enterprise I rent from. IN particular, my local enterprise office is first rate. The cars are clean and well maintained, and the key drop off for after hours returns makes it easy.

I was gratified to have experienced the MOST friendly, respectful, PLEASANT customer service imaginable, throughout my whole experience. From the confirmation of my reservation the evening before pick up, to the kindness and efficiency when getting the car and calling to extend the reservation, I felt I was a TRULY valued customer. Phil was wonderful. I had authorized another driver as my nephew and his girlfriend needed to drive it and they received equally accommodating service when dropping off the car. Outstanding service.

I had a very pleasant experience with Enterprise of Doylestown. I had requested to rent a suv but unexpectedly had to leave earlier for my trip. The SUV was not available so I was upgraded to a minivan free of charge. They also let me return the vehicle at the location closer to my house which made it so much easier when I returned after driving all day. They were very accommodating and eager to work with me on any changes without charging me extra. I would highly recommend them. They made my trip easy and enjoyable.

Vehicle was great. Your associates are very well trained and pleasant. Vehicle was clean, perfect for our needs and as I was being checked in another associate dropped the seats since I needed the van for hauling stuff, not people.nnDrop off was a little different - nice, but not quite as friendly and welcoming as the pick up. Also, though I knew there had been no damage, the associate took a comparatively very long time assessing the vehicle. Maybe he was just being thorough.nnAlso, we rented the vehicle for about a day and 3 hours. It would have been nice if the associate actually discussed that there's a 2 day minimum on one way rentals - Is there? I don't know. Assuming there was, we got the deal we signed up for.nnWith Covid 19 many companies have lost some of their flexibility, but there was some confusion about drop off - the hours of operation were different at the store and on-line, and on-line said there was no after hours drop-off, which would have helped us immensely. As it was, we raced to meet the early store shut down hours only to find that they had been relaxed, and then we got very little communication regarding why the vehicle was being inspected so closely, and no explanation that the price would be the minimum of 2 days.nnNot the most welcoming of close-out transactions, but we were very tired and possibly overly sensitive to the ways of operations here.
