Horrible location, extremely sketchy. When we went in, we couldn't find anyone in the location for 10 minutes until we went all the way into their back office. I was charged $759 for damages after I dropped off the rental car here for damages I did not cause. Avoid this location at all costs.

Got a car with a damaged tire. Only noticed when I got home. They swapped it out with no hassles though

I paid this company thousands of dollars for a rental to florida. Then I came back to return The car for a new car. Budget told me to keep the same car without checking it for safety. I ended up stuck on the side of the road in Virginia. They are charging me for the emergency assistance. Then they keep charging my credit card an extra 300. Because I returned The vehicle on the return day and I was a few minutes late, so they charged me an extra 300. Stay away from this incompetent RIP off company. I had the worst experience ever with this horrible company.

Let me start off with saying I needed a last minute rental car and this was my closest option. I was waiting inside the building with another customer for probably 20 minutes. Finally the worker came inside and apologized because he was out at a car wash. Don't expect good, polite, or timely service here

Renting a car was easy. Yes the shop is not your usual car rental office. The only problem I have is with Budget! I rented a car for a week took it back early thinking I would save money. What a joke . Budget changed my rental rate . Higher so I didn't save money! Lesson learned never take the car back early!
