Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They picked me up at the collision shop and drove me over to the rental place. Paperwork done quickly and the car I rented was very clean and nice to drive. Very friendly people. Only had to take car back to the collision shop and leave it there. Highly recommend.

Received a $500 destination fee, even though I told them I would deliver the car to Trevose. I went to get my car, in Bloomsburg, it was gone. They took it in and never bothered to tell me. I was told the manager would call me, she never has. I've attempted to call them 3 times, I was turned away each time. I will never rent from any enterprise again, horribly run company. Have you ever noticed there's a new person there every time you go in? One experience with a bad branch sours me on the whole company.

Had a good experience at this Enterprise location. During pick up and drop off I dealt with Keywan, might have spelled that wrong, he was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Important to keep people who offer great customer service like that around.
