This the worst place to rent a car me an my wife had reserved an SUV three days before we had to pick it up we went to pick the SUV up Friday day morning at 7:00 am my wife went in to pick up the SUV we had reserved an Adam Brock the employee that works at budget car rental was the worst disrespectful unprofessional rude person I have ever encountered with in my life far as customer service as I said we had reserved an SUV an he gave us another car that wasn’t what we reserved or ask for instead of trying to fix the problem he went on to be disrespectful to my wife an me I will never go there an will be putting in a complaint to his boss an corporate budget car rental office the worst experience ever in my life

Pretty smooth transaction and competitive pricing although the price jump from the day before seemed pretty steep. But all rental carriers seemed to do it. Facility is a bit difficult to locate, even with GPS, especially since they block the rear entrance with rental trucks. It was not just te one time where it was blocked. It was blocked when I picked up the car and when I returned it.

My calls are always answered, problems always solved, professional customer service because the workers are friendly and very patient.
