Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The rental experience was really excellent until, the final bill was $75 over the amount that I agreed upon with my local agent. They looked at the final bill and told me that they did not see the additional $75 that my credit card was showing. I was told to ask my bank. My bank told me that they are not to blame, it was entered this way by the agent. I cannot get this matter resolved. Please help me with this.

Overall good service. Pickup and drop off are fast and efficient. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that two of the last three times I rented from Enterprise the car I reserved was not held and I had to pay extra for unwanted upgrades. Was this bait and switch? Other companies give you a free upgrade if they can't honor your reservation.

I rent a car almost once a week from here and I NEVER have an issue. The cars are always super clean and disinfected. I like that I can keep the rental for longer if I need to. I just rented a SUV for 23 days straight and made my summer a unforgettable one! Staff is INCREDIBLE!!

I had to rent a car because mine was rear ended. I specifically asked for the rates that All State provides through enterprise. I should have double checked because when I returned my car I found they were charging me 8 dollars (per day) more than the rate originally promised. Be careful if you are renting through this company, they don't care about you.

Excellent, easy experience. Didn't have the car I reserved but for 10 extra I got an SUV. Good spot, friendly and quick.
