Enterprise Rent-A-Car

It took us 3 hours to end up getting our car that we rented, and it could have all been avoided especially since we called and set up an appointment and during that call nothing was said about needing any documents or utility bills or anything like that so we got dropped off over there and was stuck until I was able to luckily with a fight access to documents with customer service and online

Very friendly and Professional Service.

I was told I was not allowed to use my card any more because it doesn't have a chip in it. If I wanted to rent a car again I'd need to get a different card. The car was making a weird humming noise which made me nervous to drive it. Guess I wont be renting a car from y'all again. Any time before this I didnt have a problem.

Rent car for a business trip and they upgraded me. Staff was nice and friendly. Had zero issues with the rental. Will rent from them again next time I'm traveling for work.
