Hertz

I was charged for a rental day that i canceled. Its going on a month and no one cares to refund my money. I leave messages. No one calls me back.

I rented a car from Hertz in Altoona to be told that they no longer are open on Saturday so instead of the Saturday-Saturday reservation I had I would have to pay for Friday-Monday, 3 extra days because of your policy changes I think not. They told me their website was updated and it would no longer allow you to book on Saturday's and it was an Orbitz issue. However that was not true! I went straight to their site and it still shows Saturday hours and allowed me to book on Saturday! So I just canceled my reservation and will give my money to Enterprise! I ended up paying even less than my original reservation price through Hertz as well. As a person who travels every month for work this will certainly keep me from ever using Hertz again.

Friendly and everything went to plan so it was pleasant

I rented a car from Hertz in Nyc and when I went to find the Hertz in Altoona I drove around for over an hour bc their address changed and wasn't updated on google maps. Theyre located in a small office in the back of a huge pkg lot. I was then charged an extra day and extra gas by hertz and when I complained to hertz about this I received no response at all. I would avoid Hertz altogether
